Zone counsel conference. This is the leadership of the mission. All of these missionaries are in charge of about twenty missionaries.
Zone conference in Tarapoto Peru. The mission is broken up into zones by areas the missionaries serve in. All of these missionaries are serving in Tarapoto. We flew to Tarapoto to give them one day of training.
Moyobamba Zone Conference. Moyobamba is a two hour car drive outside of Tarapoto. Larry has been there to visit and it is one of the most scenic drives in the mission.

This young man just received a interview to serve a mission. You can see he is pretty happy to have received several white shirts and neckties so he can serve a mission. A BIG thank you to Matthew Trone and his Eagle Scout project and all of you who donated white shirts, ties and suits.
